As part of our growing Finance and Operations Team, you will be responsible for performing the following:
- Creating sales orders
- Creating and issuing purchase orders
- Shipping and receiving of equipment
- RMA process
- Providing product status updates
- Month end inventory reporting
- Processing po invoices into NetSuite
- Creating and maintaining items in NetSuite
- Other duties as assigned
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to help out in all areas of the business
This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of finance / operations experience working for a fast pace company.
