Office Administrator/Receptionist

Position:  Receptionist & Office Administrator

Reporting to: CFO



A leading firm is seeking a qualified individual to act as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant in our Lexington, MA location. This individual will be primarily responsible for acting as our full time Receptionist. Expected hours for this full time position would be M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.



  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Greet and host visitors
  • Manage administrative office functions
  • Assist with A/R and A/P activities
  • Provide support to Account Executives
  • Assist in preparation of proposals, presentations and service deliverables
  • Help maintain sales database and create various sales and business reports
  • Order and maintaining office and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate partner and client visits and luncheons
  • Assist the President, General Manager and CFO
  • Manage inbound and outgoing mail



  • 3 years experience working in business setting
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Power point
  • Experience with sales force automation software (preferable NetSuite)
  • Knowledge of technology market and channel sales operation a plus
